Accessories Policy

• Exchange and refund are NOT allowed on accessories.

• This includes all handmade accessories, plated chains, and stone-based pieces.

• Due to the nature of accessories and hygiene considerations, all accessory sales are final.

Clothing Policy

• Exchange or refund is allowed for clothing items only at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier.

• Once the courier leaves, exchange or refund requests will not be accepted.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
